- "...Lord I believe- help me in my unbelief!" ( Mark 9:24 ) So are the words of one of my "heroes of the faith" in scripture! A man entirely encountered by Supernature: Truth incarnate- fully God and fully man assures him that "...all things are possible to him who believes" - and yet the mixture of our fears, doubts and awe that can barely contain the wonder of Gods love. Supernature declares that begining with you and I; "...in Christ ( we ) shall be a new creaton" ( 2nd Cor. 5:17 ) and that the ultimate divine intent is to "...make all things new." ( Rev. 21:5 We are already living in a universe where all is made new the moment we accept the Presence of Supernature... the Presense of God omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and Sovereign over all creation- and Who declares that with Him "...nothing is impossible!" But even with faith- even if we believe, we also know unbelief still has its occassion in us... by fear, doubt,ignorance and self. by Gods grace and tender mercy this may be a place of prayer, reflection and sharing before God those things that weaken us and cause "unbelief" in us. Lord. heal our souls.
